STEADY PROVIDERS FOR FIRST AIDERS

This venerable giant continues its long-term campaign to educate everyone in First Aid and to provide First Aid and emergency support wherever the NHS cannot. It earns most of its money from services to the public (mostly paid by local organizations and health authorities). In 2007 it re-launched its brand and website to update its image. The otherwise informative annual report would benefit from more detail about plans for the medium-term.
