Set up by the founders of the first Tibetan Centre in the West, this charity aims to help ('Rokpa' in Tibetan) people in the UK and abroad by providing spiritual activities, humanitarian aid, and medical therapies - all on Buddhist principles. The annual report is probably appealing to those interested in Buddhism but can be a difficult reading if you don't know your Avalokiteśvara from your Akasagarbha.
