This outfit brings Belarussian children suffering in the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster to stay with host families in the UK. It also runs a range of small projects in Belarus - including a laundry, and a scheme to supply schools with equipment. But this apparently worthy cause is blighted by yet another dismal Quality of Reporting score. For the fourth year in a row, this is one of the lowest-scoring charities on our books.
