Complaints
If you're not happy with something we've done that has affected you directly, please get in touch. Send us an email or phone and let us know your views. If after this you're still unhappy, you can contact Intelligent Giving's Chairman, Neill Ghosh, directly.

Bike
We are only a few hundred yards from the Regent's Canal, whose peaceful towpath leads south to Canary Wharf and northwest to Camden and Regent's Park. If you're coming from any other direction, we can recommend the London bike maps you can order for free from the London Cycling Campaign.

Tube
Bethnal Green (one stop from Liverpool St in Zone Two on the Central line).
  • Turn right at the ticket barriers
  • Go through the park gate just beyond the tube exit
  • Cross to the gate at the furthest corner of the park
  • The Queen Anne building straight ahead is us (there's a little alley to the left)

Bus
The following buses stop very near us on Old Ford Road, Cambridge Heath Road or Roman Road:
  • 8 Victoria Station to Bow Church
  • 106 Finsbury Park to Whitechapel
  • 254 Holloway to Aldgate
  • 309 London Chest Hospital to Canning Town
  • 388 Blackfriars to Hackney Wick
  • D3 London Chest Hospital to Crossharbour
  • D6 Crossharbour to Hackney Downs

Train
The closest overground train station is Cambridge Heath - on the Liverpool Street to West Anglia line. Turn right out of the station and walk down Cambridge Heath Road. Turn left into Old Ford Road then take the first right into Victoria Park Square. We are half-way along on the left.

Car
Not recommended. We're hard to find and parking is even harder (though if you arrive before 9am you may get a free slot right outside our building).

The most important thing to note is that our road, Victoria Park Square, is one-way (with a police station on it) so you'll want to join it from Old Ford Road, not Roman Road. You'll probably want to print out a map.
