PREVENTING AND TREATING KIDNEY DISEASE

Primarily funding research into kidney disease, this outfit also informs the public and medical community about the condition and supports 147 renal patients across the country. The testing of its Acute Dialysis Quality Initiative and another successful World Kidney Day are two of 2006/7's highlights. The annual report is informative without being exceptional. More information on specific performance targets in particular would be welcome next year.
