"Doctors of the World" splintered off from MSF 20 years ago on ideological grounds. But it does similar frontline work in disaster areas and also forms a global network. Unlike MSF its UK branch is tiny, it finances some longer-term development work, and it gives volunteer healthcare to vulnerable new migrants to London (while building its case for why this is needed). Big shame the annual report is so short on detail.
