Famed for its flying eye hospital, it actually spends most of its time training local health-workers in relevant surgical techniques. We'd be more impressed, however, if it put more thought into its annual report, which is weak in several areas. It should include more information about performance-targets, the charity's medium-term plans, and a fuller financial commentary.
