This outfit aims to help vulnerable children in poor countries and the UK. It also provides aid and development help for people caught up in disasters. In 2006/7 it expanded its emergency and relief aid in Ethiopia, Kenya and northern Uganda. The annual report outlines the year's activities, but reveals little about how the charity ticks. There is hardly any explanation of its finances and no evidence of planning for the future. And, for a second year running, we don't know how much the boss gets paid.
