It's been a year of transition for this outfit which helps displaced people in dangerous parts of the world. It's decided that it doesn't need a UK office, and so has decided to sell up and cash in. Without the office, the charity plans to continue running as a grant-maker, rather than as a direct manager of programmes, as it did in the past. The annual report is mediocre, but at least we know what the future - hopefully - will hold.
