Its sister company, Traidcraft Plc, does most of the commercial work, leaving Traidcraft Exchange to campaign and lobby for the fair-trade cause, and train suppliers in Africa and Asia. Although its annual review could put more emphasis on the charity's beneficiaries, it's making a refreshingly thorough effort to measure its impact.
