A merger of three hospices in 2004 created this charity, one of the largest providers of free hospice care for adults in the southwest. A generally clear annual report lacks some key details, with commentary on future plans significantly thinner than last year's effort. But the large reserves are adequately explained with elaborate plans for how they're to be spent, including on new buildings and services.
