Our governance

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS has overall control of Intelligent Giving Ltd., the company which runs this website. You can find out more about our Directors here. The Directors delegate authority to the staff, which runs the company on a day-to-day basis.

The Board of Directors runs the company in line with its Memorandum and Articles of Association. These are legal documents which determine what the company can and cannot do, and how it is to be governed. If you want to find out how we run our AGM, the Articles of Association provide plenty of detail.

These are not the most fascinating documents. They are written in legal-ese and aren't easy to understand. But if you have any questions about them, or about how we are governed, please get in touch.
